Great list! I’d add to it a service I use a lot: Tweetbeeps. It is like a Google alerts for Twitter.

I really like friendorfollow.com.
Other than it telling me who is following me or not I can also find my friends by alphabetical order.
All of the faces are listed at once making them very easy to find and find out what they’ve been up to.
I just right click and select open in new tab. That way I can see anyone’s latest tweets.
This is also very helpful when you start to follow many people and can’t keep up with everyone’s tweets.
Anyways cool list of twitter tools ;-)
All the best,
Eren

I was using twitbin (not bad) but switched to TweetDeck recently. It’s also my first Air app. I also like some twitter trends online app. SportsTwit was good before they were banned from the network.

Good list, thank you for the info.

When I 1st started twittering, I thought, “that’s it?” It really didn’t seem like there was much to it. To me, it almost seemed like a stripped-down version of the Facebook wall.

Of course, with other features such as the ones in your list, it broadens the prospects of what you can do on Twitter as well as ways to integrate it into other areas of the web.

Can we expect a sequel to this article?
