Texas woman found guilty for false rape claim

A Texas woman was found guilty for falsifying she was raped. Her husband came home early from a card game and found his wife having sex in a truck with Devin LaSalle. Tracy Robertson was actually having an ongoing affair with LaSalle.

When the two were caught in the truck she told her husband Darrell Robertson, she was being raped by Devin LaSalle. When LaSalle tried to drive away Darrell Robertson shot and killed him.

Tracy has been found guilty of manslaughter for falsifying she was raped and causing LaSalles wrongful death. Her husband has not been charged.
