		<description>I agree with you point about every day life can often totally distract us from our weight loss goals, this was especially true in my case with a stresfful job and kids to look after meant I didn&#039;t have much time to concentrate on my goal which was to lose arm fat because I had lots of excess skin and fat around that area.
