		<description>If you do weigh yourself everyday then it&#039;s important to do it at the same time each day, otherwise you can have fluctuations that will effect your weight like the amount of water you&#039;ve drank for example. I always like to weigh myself in the morning when I wake up because then I can get an accurate reading.</description>

I admire your willpower and determination. Are you still pushing on? Your last update seems to be more than one year old.
I tried once to start again sporting activities for the purpose of improving my health. And I gave up after a week since I found it too hard.
Guess what I did? I shifted my focus from &#039;for the sake of health&#039; to &#039;delight in every step I take&#039;. The hardships turned enjoyable all of a sudden, and now it is more than a decade since I exercise heavily at least twice a week, and I do not get bored or discouraged.
Celebrate the effort. Keep going. Be blessed.</description>

Actually I also get used to checking the progress all the time and I enjoy the process though sometimes it is quite slow.
