Top commentator plugin

I have decided to install the top commentator plugin for wordpress to this blog. I hope to encourage return visitors since this blog is new and looking to build relationships with other bloggers around the world. I do ask that any comments be quality comments regarding the post topic and not just spam comments. I plan on having contents down the road to reward loyal commentators.
